She facilitated focus groups of agency staff, upper level administrators and staff of social service agencies and was persistent in tracking down needed information. She presented recommendations in a full report and then worked with us to synthesize the report and summarize the recommendations to make it easier for our Board to act on the recommendations. She quickly understood our agency and the appropriate ways to work within the agency. She offered alternative designs and helped us identify the advantages and disadvantages of each.
